We hope that you are delighted with your Corita Rose purchase but if something is not right we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and handling returns or refunds promptly.
Standard Returns
- If you have purchased your item from us we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt subject to the item being returned in its original packaging and condition, together with receipt or order number. We can then offer a replacement, credit note, or refund will be made.
Bespoke and Commissioned Items
- Bespoke or customised items are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty. Cancellations of bespoke orders before production may incur design charges and any associated costs. Once production has commenced, we regret that refunds or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Return Process

- You must provide proof of purchase and detailed reasons for the return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refunds
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days if the returned item meets our requirements.
